EUC Women's Marc of New York black quilted vest, size XL

EUC black women's Marc of New York vest. P2P is 19.5", shoulder to pit is 10.5", waist is 18.5" (which can be adjusted with pulls on either sides to bring in closer for a more snug fit or more loose, for a relaxed fit), length (shoulder to hem) 27 1/4". A zipper to close the vest, which is quilted. Two (2) pockets, one (1) on either side with zip closures so items don't fall out. A slightly raised neck that's similar to a turtleneck for warmth.
