EUC Y2K Vintage Cumber-bun Style High Waisted Satin-Like Pencil Skirt, Size 12

This is an amazing piece if you’re looking for a wow, factor pencil skirt high waisted cumber bun design there’s loopholes in the inside to attach suspenders as shown in the picture. The garment tag is plastic and has been worn off, but I know that I bought this at urban outfitters in the early 2000s It is in excellent used condition. I’ve probably only worn it a couple times and it’s just been stored in the back of my closet.
