je9th @lollipop888 hi, sorry for delay! Relaxed, without stretching the elastic, it measures just a hot over 14” at the very top in the front. I don’t think it’s stretched out. It’s not super heavy duty elastic b/c it would cut in weird. The elastic stretches out to 20” or more so that seems pretty intact I think!
