Velveteen top with pretty sequins sewn on front that shimmer in the light and a covered button and loop closure at the neck. Wish they made this in my size! Size is Youth XL for girl or tween. Approximate measurements are: Length 32.5 inches, pit to pit 16.5 inches, sleeves 10 inches. Fabric is 94% polyester and 6% spandex on top, lower skirt layers are all 100% polyester.
