EUC bespoke ruffle front button down - read description for sizing/meaaurements

EUC bespoke black & white ruffle front button down. Super cute top that pairs well with a pencil skirt or slacks, and even a blazer! In the style of Anne Fontaine - I had this made before I could afford the real thing. It’s a very heavy/sturdy fabric without much stretch so please read dimensions. I am ~5’4” & was ~110lbs when this was made for me & I asked for a tailored fit so it fits about like an XS but sleeves are a bit more slim than a typical button down. I didn’t end up wearing it very much (good thing I didn’t splurge on an authentic one!) so tons of life left in it. Always dry cleaned. Not sure if could be washed.
