EUC cocktail dress purple small S Italian

Reposhing this item I purchased from @mgweno. Loved it, and really wish I could wear it because it is super cute and well made, but just too small for me. It fits like a 4 to 6. It has some stretch to the fabric, waist measurements are: 14 unstretched, 14.75 comfortably stretched, pit to pit: 16 unstretched, 16.75 stretched. hip measurement in photos. Questions?
