EUC cotton dress

No brand, this dress was made for me. Length from shoulder to hem is 34". Width from armpit to armpit when laid flat is 18". Drawstring neck so it can be tied to fit you better. Because of the way the neckline is, I'm pretty sure it ties in the front. Bell sleeves. One minor flaw on the front...looks like a couple black marks, but they are in the thread (see comments). Super cute, only wore 1 time. Fits a size Small best.
