EUC dress wirh shrug girls L. This is a halter dress. Chest measures 13 inches, and total length is 21 inches. Dress is made of 100% polyester. Comes with a tie shrug. The shoulders measure approximately 14 1/2 inches, sleeve is 4 inches, and length is 12 inches. All sizes are approximate. In excellent condition, no holes or stains. The shrug does have some pilling.
