EUC mustard wrap top with flutter sleeve

Stretchy top, wrap detail with tie and double layer flutter sleeve. Sleeves are short, and top is almost crop-too length; i wore this with high-waist jeans and it covered my midriff completely. Only worn a couple times! The side with a tie does untie completely, but the other side is attached at the seam (per the pictures). There is one VERY small pull on the back (fingernail for reference!)
