ksjourneys @pippa_solmssen hi - waist is 13” without any stretching. Waist has stretch and when stretched a bit goes to 15” (I think anymore stretching than that would be too tight). Skirt (and the attached shorts under) measure 11” long from waist the hem. My girl is a tall one and this didn’t wear too short on her. Let me know if I can help with any other info!
