Blue and white striped Tempo leggings from outdoor voices. Rare — they don’t make these anymore. The fabric is thick, soft, and cozy, not compressive. Same material as the tempo shorts & kind of like a thicker FreeForm! Medium, would probably also fit Large. Wrinkled from being stored but otherwise no flaws I can see!
