EUC silk Express skirt, fits like a 2-4

EUC A-line black and gray silk skirt, worn twice? I don't dress up for work anymore, so it just hangs in my closet. Very cute, and classic look. Tag says size 0, but I wore it when my size was a 2 to 4. Waist- 14 inches Length-19.5 inches
