EUC stretchy black ruffle v-neck, cap sleeves

Adorable, flattering, sexy stretchy black top, rayon but feels like cotton. Has cap sleeves, half collar, v-neck with ruffles that cascade down the front. Ruffles, cut, and fabric are flattering and skim over the waist and belly. Stretches to accommodate larger or smaller chest, fits sm-med well. Junior's sizing.
