Worn maybe one time, this is a veryJ black and white striped hi low skirt. You can see the front is unique bc the skirt is folded back to show more leg. Super cute. Size Large which can fit an 8-12. I have included pics of me wearing it once before when I was a 12 and yesterday as an 8. As you can see in the pics, there is a lot of stretch to it.
