EUC vintage Levi's shorts

I bought these a couple years ago from a vintage jean seller, but unfortunately, they are a little too tight on me. White Levi's cutoffs with button fly in a stiff denim. They are a vintage 28, but I would say they are a modern 26. They are in great shape, with just a couple stray marks, which may simply be from storage. Measures 13.5 across waist, 10 in rise, 6.5 in inseam, 9.5 in across leg. I don't have very wide thighs, and these were pretty slim on my legs.
