EUC-Bridesmaid dress sewn by a seamstress in the early 90’s, see pics for sizes

EUC-This was/is a bridesmaid dress (BLACK & GOLD Top & GOLD Skirt), sewn by a seamstress & it was sometime in the early 90’s. Very well constructed. The top is lined. The skirt is gathered at the waist. Has been Professionally Dry Cleaned recently. See the various measurements. If I had to guess, is its a size small-to-medium
