It is an 8-9 inch clip-on , and it's got diagonal stripes- in light green, dark green, light blue. It's absolutely adorable, and the colors are so appealing. There is no brand name for this tie that I can find. The next tie is also an 8 inch tie. It's in good used condition. There are no visible flaws in this tie.
