The dress has a banded, empire waist, that is super flattering, and the material is just the right weight to cover any areas that you might consider unseemly. Torrid Brand, cinch clasps for the straps, and has pockets! Size 0X or 12. 14 could easily wear. I was a 14 when I bought this. Lots of compliments when I wore this!
