EVC Floral & Peacock Print High-Low Dress Size S

EUC black floral and peacock print dress with a Boho feel. Round black buttons down the front. Thin red rope ties in front. The tie has come apart some on the left side as the picture shows. Also, one button is missing, also shown in picture. Material is polyester, very light and silky. Measurements are armpit to armpit is 17.5 Waist is 11" not stretched and 19.5" stretched. Front of skirt from waistband to bottom 25" Back of skirt from waistband to bottom 40"
