EVOLUTIONARY SHORT SLEEVE MAXI DRESS. NWOT

This dress does not have material or size tags. Pit to pit it measures 17 inches flat. Waist measures 11 1/2 inches flat. Waist does have stretch. Shoulder to hem 55 inches. Dress has no lining and it doesn’t need it anyway. I believe it’s a size small. This dress was sold at Dillards.
