EXCELLENT vintage black velvet & chiffon cocktail dress

Chiffon shoulder and sleeve leads down to velvet cuffs with gold buttons, detailed with "rhinestones." Perfect cocktail/little black dress fit. Simply classic. If this were a size 2 or even a size 5, I'd never sell! Good condition with a small hole in right armpit.
