EXPRESS Beige Polka Dot Tie Neck Top

Wonderful tie neck blouse by Express. Two layers of soft fabric - the outer layer with cream polka dots over a solid beige layer underneath. The bottom has an elastic band to hold the layered fabric in place. Hard to capture the creamy beige color in the photo but the last three come the closest.
