EXPRESS Black Ponte Cutout Mini Dress

Express brand cutout mini dress in black. Fabric is a stretchy, comfortable Ponte material. The cutout is triangle shaped, below the bust. Zipper on back. Great condition - only worn twice. Size 2. I think I had this hemmed so put petite length, but not sure - this is short! I am five foot exactly for reference in the first photo. Length from shoulder (top) to hem (bottom): 29 inches. From a pet free and non smoking home.
