EXPRESS Black Skirt with White Flowers size L

Flirty black EXPRESS layered skirt with tiny white flowers design! The top layer is gauzy and sheer while the inner layer is silky black with a double ruffle of the top fabric along the bottom hem that adds volume. Good used condition; there is a section of stitching missing from the ruffle on the bottom hem that isn’t really visible when worn. See last photo. Flat measurements shown in photos, but the waistband is elastic so there is a lot of stretch. Thanks for looking! ^_^
