EXPRESS Black cocktail dress - size 2

Express Size 2. Black halter top cocktail dress. Deep V on the front. Open back with lace detailing at bottom. Lace has stretched in some places (see close up) but is barely noticeable. Otherwise no other deterioration. Two metal clasps at the top back of dress and a zipper goes from the middle back of the skirt into the lace detailing. Only worn once for a banquet! Questions?
