EXPRESS JEAN DWNIM SHORTS SIZE 9

This is a pair of express jean denim shorts the tag says a size 6 but they are definitely Miss tagged. The flat waist measures 17 1/2”, the rise is 9 1/2” and the front length is 10 3/4”-11” the back measures 12”-14”. The hips measure 21”. I would say the accurate size is about a 9/10.
