EXPRESS Royal Blue Evening Dress

*I couldn’t find a stock pic of this dress ANYWHERE, but red dress is exact same to blue dress in cut, length, and material. Bodice is different as shown in picture* This dress has been worn 2x by me and was dry cleaned after each wear. It is true to size and has a high-low hemline. I am 5’7 and the “low” hits me right under the calf. Feel free to make any (reasonable) offer!!
