EXPRESS VELOUR SLIP DRESS

Express velour slip dress in navy blue with black lace trim, lining that is shorter and side slit (see pics). Fabric and lining have stretch. Excellent condition. Measurements while laying flat: Pit to pit - 17.5”; Hip, at widest - 21”; Length, top of strap to hem - 48”; Slit - 12”. Nice holiday dress that can be styled different ways!!
