@msuptown you said above👆🏻👆🏻 "I"m enjoying it" and then you say, "It broke within the first hour" Which one is it?? I have NEVER had ANY problems on Poshmark, with anything purchased in my closet. Anyone who has ever bought from me, has been happy. Please post a picture of the shoes, so I can see them.

@msuptown I have also contacted Poshmark, to let them know the situation. If I'm fact you're allegations are true, I'd be glad to refund your money. Please post the broken stilettos. I have been on Poshmark a VERY LONG TIME, and I do not sell broken items.

I tried them on when it arrived. They looked nice so I left a positive review. Next day I wore them to work, they completely fell apart, both of them at the same time. It happened while I was on the stage and I was very embarrassed, I threw them away immediately. So I don't have a picture to prove my point. I'm not asking for a refund but I'm not removing my review.

@msuptown you don't have a pic of the shoes? If you can post them, I'll refund you. I'm a fair seller, and I don't scam people. I will let Poshmark know that I have offered you a refund, with proof of the broken stilettos.

@msuptown I am not worried about your review. I have had nothing but good reviews with ALL of my sales, excluding yours.

Let me express myself without using capital letters. First of all, this cannot be a brand new shoes. Just look at the pics you posted: evidentially, vinyl is no longer shiny or smooth. It appears as if they've been worn inside of the house, by someone whose feet way bigger than shoes, because rubber soles are indeed scratch-free while vinyl bands are completely stretched out. I would not describe that as "brand new".

It would have been fine, I knew they weren't new when I made a decision to purchase anyways. But I also wish they lasted for... at least a month...?! Instead of just an hour, and if it's not too much, a bit compassion and professionalism from an "experienced seller".

Since you're being defensive, here's a little FYI. I am 5'4" 105lb and I have narrow feet. It's not like I shove my feet and they gave up on me. On average, my stilettos lasts for 9 months to a year.

Last night, I fell on the stage and hit my hips in the floor when the shoes fell apart. I was embarrassed, hurt and had to go home early. But I also understood that you didn't make the shoes and that's why I've never attempted to report you or asked for money back. I just wanted to be fair and state a fact from a purchaser p.o.v. Like a grown up woman.

I hope you can take this into consideration and get back to me in less aggressive manner if you ever decide to write back to me in the future. Thanks.

@msuptown I apologize for your mishap at work, and I am glad you were not badly hurt. I also apologize that your deem my comments "aggressive." My offer of a refund still stands, if you can show me pics of the shoes. I'm not a back & forth type of person when it comes to emailing, so I bid you a farewell, and good luck.
