Size S/M with tie back on sleeveless dress. 👗 By River Road made in India. Chest measurement on dress is 21 inches across with midriff tie. Ruffled hem. Length is 54 inches from shoulder. Inner shell is rayon/cotton making in comfortably soft and easy to wear. Excellent condition.
