Early 20th Century Oval Locket - 9k Two Tone Gold

Vintage from the 1900s. Materials: 9ct Gold. The locket is a lovely size, with a weighty solid feel and in wonderful condition, the front has a border of foliate motifs and a polished central panel, the back being plain polished. The unusual thing about the locket is the rear is rose Gold and the front more yellow Gold with a hint of rose, which is how it was originally made. The locket opens to the left hand side and closes perfectly with a good click and is suspended from an integral bail ready to add to a gold chain The locket is hand engraved with makers mark ORR and 15 (the locket tests as 9ct Gold). Weight: 7.9 grams Dimensions: 35mm long including bale, 21.2mm wide, 7.25mm depth Condition: Very Good antique condition, there is 1 photo frame, there is no glass, the locket is free from dings and dents and has had a light machine polish.
