Early 20th century Japanese Vintage tea cup and saucer

This piece is picked up from a woman who runs estate sales and property leans. She has foreclosed homes in and around my area that were seized by the bank, and limited items are for sale out of those homes. I took this to a local antiques guy in my area, a vendor i trust, and he told me it's early Nippon porcelain. The two dots on the bottom indicate to my vendor as early 20th century based on everything being hand done. All the color and decor are very nicely painted and this tea cup is a work of art.
