Early 40's Pin Up Equestrian Style Top Hat Lazarus Paris STUNNING

Really rare and stunning equestrian style early mid century straw hat in amazing condition. I believe the embellishment may be Bakelite but could be Lucite since I cannot remove it to test it. The velvet trim is silk velvet and the hat itself is finely woven. The only issue with this hat is the velvet may need to be steamed to restore the upright position and the front veil is torn and should be repaired or replaced as for it is ripped. Made in late 30's to early 40's by Lazarus Model Paris Cincinnati and sized 22 My measurements are aproximate due to not having an over $399 actual hat sizer. I am usually really close to accurate using a soft tape but give or take a fraction just in case. I think this is made to lightly set on top and not an over the brow style. Front to back of inner crown apx - 7.75" Side to side of inner crown apx - 6"
