Early 90s Polka Dot Half Circle Skirt

Fully lined, 100% cotton, Jones New York Signature Collection Skirt. Brown with cream polka dots. Not a full circle skirt, but fluid swing motion for a half circle. 23 inches in length, 15 at waistline. Size 8. Great condition, no marks or discolorations.
