Early 90s strapless navy blue prom dress

Early 1990s strapless prom dress, worn once. Navy blue with white/sequin/faux pearl appliqué and white lining and tulle flounce at the bottom. Back zip. Structure to the bodice. Size 7/8, brand Roberta. Thin lace hanger straps reattached for storage by small safety pins on the inner lining.
