Hard to find Haeger stork & cradle planter in light blue glaze with its original paper label - which you almost never find. The hole in the cradle is there so you can use it as a wall pocket as well as a table top piece. The green label was used from 1914 - 1941 so its likely from the 1930s. The interior is NOT dark blue, it is the same color as the exterior, that is just a shadow effect. These were made in white, blue and pink. They were a very popular gift for a new baby/nursery back in the day.
Size: 6" h x 5" w
Condition: Excellent condition for age. There is a spot which is either a very old paint flake or a glaze skip during manufacturing. Please see photos.

Keats said "A thing of beauty is a joy forever". Each of us has a different idea of what "beauty" is. I find unique vintage items and offer them to you, the beholder. My "finds" are often estate items so what you see below is all I know about them.
