Early to Mid- 2000s Forever21 Mini Skirt

Colorful leopard print mini skirt from Forever21. Size Medium 95% Cotton 5% Elastane. Flat Measurements as Follows: Waist: 13” Length: 14.25” Skirt is fully lined inside with a second layer of fabric, so it’s a little more substantial. I got this second hand in the mid-2000s, so I know it’s from around then, if not before. I can’t find much information about a date for the tag. No holes, tears or stains. Non-smoking home.
