Earrings

Beautiful dangle vibrant blue flower tiered earrings with small black sparkly crystals on top of glitter like petals. They dance in the light and look gorgeous with an updo and simple black dress or with a short edgy hairstyle! I bought them as a gift, though never gifted them!
