serenagarland @dogparks1 Hi Michele, I wasn't feeling up to going to the lake this weekend but maybe next time. I know you love cheering the kids on at their games! I love softball and used to play on a team myself and so did my husband...we traveled all over to play in tournaments. So much fun. The heat was really bad yesterday and today, I have actually been miserable and sweaty, it's awful. Hope you are having a real good nite :)

dogparks1 @serenagarland sorry about the heat I know what is like . Sounds like you and your husband had fun with the tournaments exciting to watch . Kids enjoyed today we just hung out at home later mom tired says hi. I hope you are able to get some sleep I know it’s hard when the heat is up . It was 80s today Wednesday maybe 90 not sure . serenagarland @dogparks1 The heat index was 104 today and it was 91 in our house. That's just too hot for anyone. Tell mom HI back for me :) Feeling pretty sleepy tonight so I will probably hit the hay real soon. Talk to you later my sweet friend :)

dogparks1 @serenagarland hi Serena hope you slept well and the heat wave is over I know it gets hotter in the house than outside and it takes longer to get house cool. They said over here later in week maybe 90 . We have not had AC done yet the company charges 75 to come out not bad but maybe will do it next month sometime. Anyway have a great day 🙂

serenagarland @dogparks1 Hi Michele, hopefully the heatwave will be over soon, it is supposed to cool down to the lower 80's soon. I slept well last night but woke up to a bad day of pain and completely drained of energy. Started feeling better later on in the day. It's terrible not to have air in this heat. The struggle is real. Hopefully we will both get them fixed soon. Hope you had a good day and a good night. Talk to you soon.

dogparks1 @serenagarland hi see I know the heat is not good you don’t realize how you miss the AC . Hope it’s cooler for you we had high 80 s not sure about the week it does get warmer in house being on top floor usually later in day cools off around 8 or so. Hope you feel good tomorrow and have lots of energy.

serenagarland @dogparks1 Thank you, I would love to wake up feeling good, some days are better than others. I have been drinking Ensure Plus...2 a day to try and supplement what little I do eat so I will hopefully start putting on some weight, I am sure that being malnourished is why I feel so badly all of the time. These logs get hot and stay hot for a long time...and we have no trees close for shade so the suns beams straight down on us. My dr put me on an inhaler, the heat is smothering me really bad.

dogparks1 @serenagarland hope the inhaler helps does your doctor say what else can help you gain weight? Maybe we have one fan but I know it’s not much help I will hope you get cool weather. How is your daughter doing? I’m sure the kids are growing fast and your oldest goes back to school soon I would imagine.

serenagarland @dogparks1 It doesn't seem to really help too much but I just started on it yesterday evening. It's not so humid tonight and has cooled off quite a bit. My daughter seems to be doing much better now and yes, the kids are really growing fast, they are at the houseboat this weekend. I am going to try and visit with them after my Dr's appointment on Tuesday. Yes Katherine starts back soon. She will be doing online classes through Laurel Springs...expensive but so much better for her.

dogparks1 @serenagarland glad you will try to see them at lake your granddaughter sounds like a smart determined young lady . The drinks take time to work and you are doing your part. Hope you get to dip in the lake or at least feel cool breeze that will be helpful . Let me know how things go Tuesday I’m gonna try to get some sleep early day tomorrow.
