Silky rayon-satin vintage button down long sleeve blouse by Earth Song. Pretty textured brocade-like lapels trimmed in a satiny fabric. Top 2/3’s feels almost velvety, bottom 1/3 is a crepe-like feel, divided by a ribbon of satiny trim. Side slits. Can be worn as top or open as jacket. Buttons are covered in matching fabric.
