Earthbound open knee velvet flare bottoms size L (RUNS BIG)

Reposhing this item, they were bigger than I anticipated. They are in new condition, never worn except to try on. I'd say they're more of an XL or 1X fit elastic waistband - 14 in with a lot of stretch waistband to crotch - 14-15in length top to bottom - 45in inseam to bottom - 30-31in
