Wear this cute boutique top bloused around the waist. Notice how the arms are cut so that it blouses nicely at your torso. See measurements in pictures. Never worn. New with tags. Purchased from ritzy little boutique. Print is leopard with pearls. Feels almost like a sweatshirt but drapes like lightweight cotton. Size says 3X but look at measurement before purchasing. Fits more like a 1X.
