Hello. This is 28” long from the shoulder seem. On me it covers my butt but I guess that depends on chest size etc. It’s 97% polyester with 3% spandex. I have washed it in a hand wash cycle and let it air dry on a hanger. I do that with a lot of my clothes. Let me know if you have any other questions.
