Easy Floral Summer Dress

Lightweight floral summer dress, wide scoop neck, cuffed short sleeves, cut chest button pockets, pinched waist with belt loops (no belt included). Size large, but I'm usually a size small and wear this large as a lightweight breezy summer dress. Cleaning out my closet and it doesnt get enough wear anymore.
