Echo Pure Silk scarf Museum Collection series, European porcelain motif - Japan

This sheer, reversible Echo silk scarf from the Museum Collection series, made in Japan, features an intricate design inspired by antique European porcelain. The central medallion showcases a picturesque pastoral scene. Surrounding the medallion are beautifully illustrated trinket boxes, perfume bottles, and ornate porcelain containers, each adorned with delicate floral and figurative artwork. I stumbled upon this treasure at an estate sale recently and after inspecting closely for blemishes discovered one faint pink stain near the “22” on the yardstick (see photo).
