Echtes Leder (Genuine Leather) Black Maxi Skirt With Pockets and Green Design

This is an amazing piece and I would be hanging onto it forever if it fit me. I do have it on in the pictures, but it is not zipped up all of the way. I am a 28 in waist and this would best fit someone with a 25-26in waist. It does not have much, if any stretch when zipped up. Please message me if you want more detailed measurements. See images for quality. Everything is in great shape. The front has a tiny scuff on the leather near the green design. Then there are a couple frayed threads along the waist. Lining is in wonderful shape and so is the leather. My measurements and typical sizes for reference (I am the one in the images).
