Eci Floral Blouse

Blue and cream batwing floral blouse from the brand eci. The waist is ruched and very flattering. Drawstring detail on the tops of the sleeves. Sleeves hit just above the elbow. Buttons up the front are real and can be done up or undone. Marked as a small, but the ruching makes this a good top for anybody size S - M in my opinion. I usually wear a M and this worked well for me for the few times I wore it!
