Eci NY Hi-Low Utility Dress Shirt - Army Green

Modal/ poly blend dress shirt with nice pockets. I love to wear this with a tan obi wrap-around belt. Very feminine for a utility dress. Looks great without a belt, or with leggings. Soft fabric that feels like silk. I added the black and white photos to try and highlight shape. Photos aren't doing the dress justice! I have 2 of these.. photos are of the small I am keeping.
