mailegoesposh @bibliogal hi, this blouse’s bust is 21” and fabric is stretchy, stretches out to 28” bust. Waist is 19” and stretches to 25”, length from back of neck to bottom hem is 28” laying flat. Also, yes, it’s machine washable on cold or warm, and dryer safe on low heat. Thanks for asking!
