Eci Square Neck Pleated Magenta, Pink & White Blouse L

Eci square neck top with puffed elbow length sleeves, smocked front and pleats. Sheer, flowy scarf-like polyester with satin cord trim, and bra strap snaps. Watercolor print in magenta, pink and white. Beautiful, feminine top with a figure flattering back tie. It is translucent but not too sheer as there is so much fabric in the pleating. Measures approximately 21” armpit to armpit and 28” long.
